Hi I have the same problem. What you need to make to remove problem? I can not update cat.

 If I reboot the scanner and try on an off peak time, I am successful. Looks like their server is overloaded most of the time. I am not even going to call to complain as most issues go unresolved. Worst support EVER!

 I check for updates daily even Saturdays & Sundays... Today (10/16/2015) the Chrysler icon had 1000+ new software updates and it took me 20X times before I could get the software to completely do 100% download. I guess Autel has a lot of scanners out there now & we must be patient. 

 I have not had any problems with support. I have always gotten through ( not that I have called much). That being said I have had the same problem you are talking about. Sometimes a roboot helps or wait till later in day. I suspect there server is probably under a severe load, they have sold a lot of these scanners over the past years.
